ToxicNearMe is operated by Retrogram Music, LLC. Use this page if a report appears inaccurate, stale, misleading, incorrectly matched, or missing important limitation context.

What to send

Email contact@toxicnearme.com with as much of this information as possible:

  • The searched address or city shown in the report.
  • The report section and facility, site, water system, or record name.
  • The official source link or agency record ID, if available.
  • What appears wrong, outdated, incomplete, or misleading.
  • Any official source, public record, or agency contact that supports the correction.

How review works

We may review the report output, compare it against official source records, update ToxicNearMe app-derived copy or matching logic, add limitation context, suppress clearly unsupported app-derived displays, or route the issue to the source agency when the underlying public record appears to be the problem.
