Operator
ToxicNearMe is operated by Retrogram Music, LLC.
Information processed
When you search, ToxicNearMe processes the address or city you enter to generate a beta public-record environmental screening report. The app may store report data in your browser session storage for navigation and may cache hashed search results on the server for performance.
Hosting providers, security tools, analytics tools, and infrastructure logs may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, timestamp, requested pages, and error events.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the service, generate reports, prevent abuse, improve reliability, debug errors, maintain security, and understand aggregate usage.
Public source data
Reports include public records from government and related public datasets. Those source records are controlled by the agencies or organizations that publish them.
Correction requests
If you submit a data issue report, we may process the information you provide to review the report, reproduce the issue, contact source agencies where appropriate, and maintain an internal correction history.
No sale of personal information
ToxicNearMe does not sell personal information. Service providers may process information as needed to host, secure, monitor, and operate the service.
Retention
Browser session storage remains on your device until cleared by your browser or the app. Server-side report cache entries are intended for short-term performance caching. Logs and operational records may be retained as needed for security, debugging, legal compliance, and business operations.
This release copy is a risk-reduction draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch. Privacy review is especially important if analytics, ads, email capture, payments, account features, or user-submitted correction workflows are added.
